2024 Assessment Letter

Dear Owners,

As part of our ongoing commitment to make your transition as smooth and convenient as possible, we are providing you with a coupon for your last 2024 quarterly payment. Please keep an eye on your mail in the coming days for your payment coupon book, which will be sent directly by Truist Bank. This coupon book includes payment slips for the upcoming payment and provides a convenient way to manage your association payments.

Payment Options:

Online Payment:
You can make your payments online through our secure portal. This method allows you to schedule one-time or recurring payments directly from your bank account or via credit/debit card. Please visit www.KingdomManagement.com and follow the instructions to set up your online payment.
Mailed Payments:
If you prefer to mail your payments, please use the payment slip provided in your coupon book. Simply detach the relevant slip, include your payment, and send it to the address printed on the coupon.
Truist Bank Branch Payment:
You can also make your payments in person at any Truist Bank branch. Bring the appropriate coupon with you, and the bank will process your payment on the spot.

If you have already made your payment for October, please disregard the October coupon and any related instructions.
